Josh Cordle, CEO

Josh is a husband and proud father of four. Being a native of North Georgia, he's proud of his rural roots and credits it as the spark for creating the Sun Farmer's Group. He brings over 20 years of business leadership experience.  His passion is leading his team in creating and delivering renewable energy solutions to the agriculture and commercial markets. His goal is to fight for solutions that make renewable energy financially sensible and more easily attainable for all.

Matthew Pace, CFO

Matthew Pace, CFO

Matthew’s background in accounting and finance spans 30 years in healthcare, utilities, government, construction, consulting, wholesale, and retail. He spent most of his professional career working in Atlanta, semi-retired at 45, and moved to Roatan, Honduras, where he volunteered financial services at the local clinic and missionary hospital on the mainland. After living the island life for several years he decided to return to his home in Pensacola. His business hobbies have included blackberry farmer, youth gym owner and excursion operator. He recently married his wife and enjoys traveling, biking, and adventures.

Brian Haynes, COO

Brian is a father of four who grew up in Charlotte, NC but calls Pensacola, FL home. A USAF veteran, Brian has an entrepreneurial background in technology and hospitality. He has a passion for helping businesses grow, as well as developing teams and process. Brian loves live music, long hikes in the mountains, and paddleboarding on the Gulf.

Matt Wilkinson, CPO

Matt Wilkinson, CPO

Matt is a 15+ year experienced construction professional with a heavy background in Solar and Electrical Projects. He has obtained a degree in Construction Engineering from The University of Southern Mississippi and a Master of Engineering from The University of Alabama-Birmingham. His professional passion is driving sustainability in the construction industry through building methods to architectural design. He loves being in a position to build resilient and independent energy solutions for groups that truly need it.

Mike Sireci, VP of Finance

Mike Sireci, VP of Finance

Mike grew up in Connecticut, went to college at the US Naval Academy and majored in Economics. He started his career as an officer of the US Marine Corps in the field of finance. After serving in the military, he moved to Pensacola in 1999 and has continued to be involved in finance ever since. Mike is the proud dad of Alexis, who’s well along the path to becoming a doctor. When not playing with numbers and spreadsheets, Mike is a fitness fanatic, computer geek, and lover of fantasy books.
